Quilter’s Cove Preparing to Close January 31, 2005
Quilter’s Cove in Newport is having a 50% off sale beginning December 26 through January 2. This includes EVERYTHING in the store: fabric, patterns, kits, etc.
The store will be closing at the end of January and (hopefully) reopening on March 1 under new ownership. Please stop by and say hello to Bonnie!
NOTE: I stopped by Quilter’s Cove on Thursday and encouraged Bonnie (Robinder) to join the Guild. Hopefully, we’ll see her at a guild meeting in the Spring when we are back to evening meetings!

Lost and Found
At our wonderful December Potluck, a dear piece of cutlery was lost, part of a set of silver that has been in OCQG-member Sandra Hostetler’s family for 50 years! Will members who attended the potluck take a look to see if it accidently ended up in your take-home stuff in the rush of the meeting’s take-down activities? Sandra provided pictures (below). Please give Sandra a call if it’s found.
