Our good friend Nancy Terhaar passed away

Our good friend Nancy Terhaar passed away on May 3, 2023 after her battle with ALS. Nancy was a fabulous fiber artist, enjoying quilting, knitting, embroidering, crocheting, spinning, weaving, bookmaking, and rug hooking.

Handwork was always very important and satisfying to her, resulting in so many beautiful things. Nancy was involved with our guild for many years, serving as secretary as well as helping with the annual show, making beautiful mermaid quilts for the small quilt auction, and teaching how to make beautiful quilts from ugly fabrics. She was an amazing, fun friend and will be missed by so many.
