URGENT Documentation Help Needed
The following post was requested by Toni Brodie – please help if you can.
Quilt Documentation is scheduled for this coming Saturday (May 19) at the Lincoln City History Center from 9:30-3:30. We have a plan to car pool from the courthouse parking lot at 8:15. We do not have anyone willing and able to photograph the quilts and their owners. Help! Can anyone volunteer for this job? It requires a digital camera on a tripod. The tripod is ready to go, but not the camera or it’s operator. In addition to taking the pictures, the photographer gets them printed in duplicate and given to Evelyn De Paolo. The cost to do that is reimbursed from the Quilt Documentation budget, so there is no expense to the volunteer. If you can and will do this, please contact Evelyn De Paolo at firstname.lastname@example.org or 503/487-6086.
In addition, minutes of the April Board Meeting and the May General Meeting have been posted under Records. Click on Archived Minutes to get to the PDF version that is more printable.
