2023 Retreat News-Sign ups May 12th

At the April Executive Board Meeting it was voted that non-vaccinated members may attend all Guild activities. With that being said, if things change, this may be rescinded. Please feel free to wear a mask if that makes you feel more comfortable.

Sign up will start at the General Meeting on May 12th. Remember, this will be an evening meeting. The 2023 Retreat Committee has tried very hard to minimize the costs. Previously, prices have gone up $5-$10, this is not the case now. Just an idea of the rising costs, the rooms alone have gone up $20+tax per night. Meals up $10 per person. Anyone wanting a special meal will have a $10 per meal extra cost. Although the rates are going to be a shock compared to what we have been used to, we still feel this is a great value.

The $50 non-refundable deposit is due on or before the Sept. 14th General Meeting. Final payment is due on or before the December 14th General Meeting.

We already have 30 people on the Retreat List from the 2022 Retreat. These attendees have already paid at the 2022 rate so please look at the above rates and pay the difference on or before the Dec timeline. If you are unable to attend the meeting send Georgia an email, but not before May 11th.

For those that have stayed with the Retreat and you decide that these rates are not acceptable, let us know by June 1st for a full refund, otherwise the $50 non-refundable deposit applies.
