Addition to the Standing OCQG Guild Rules

The following is the new Standing Rule D in the Financial Section of the Rules (which appear on page 47 of the 2022 Membership Directory).

“All signers on the Guild’s bank accounts must have prior written approval of two members of the Executive Board of the Oregon Coastal Quilters Guild in order to withdraw cash by check or money order.”
