We are looking for Twin size quilts for Foster kids. If a twin mattress top is 39×75 or 39×80 for Twin XL, and allowing for 8″ drop on 3 sides, we need quilts that are 55×83 or 55×96.

The two foster agencies we work with have been getting more older kids and teens, not just babies and toddlers. Thanks to all of you, we have plenty of baby and kid quilts for now.

We have a wonderful collection of flannel that I have been looking for a way to use. I saw on Pinterest a pattern that uses wide strips to make a rag quilt with or without batting. I’ll have a sample after the show is over and maybe make some twin size of those without clipping the seams.

We also have a new big book of patterns that was donated that you can look thru. Lots of good scrap quilts. Jan and I will be glad to help you pick out fabric.

See you there!
