DEADLIINE for Raffle Ticket Sales: July 11

Please note that the deadline for turning in stubs from sold raffle tickets, as well as any money outstanding, is the next Guild meeting on Thursday, July 11th.  Janet Sylvester will be there to take the money as Marianne Geiger will be out of town.

Calling All Boutique Vendors!!

The Boutique Committee will accept your priced and inventoried items on Thursday, August 1st, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Be sure all your items have a tag securely attached with price, inventory number and your vendor number on the front.  It’s helpful if a very short description is on the back of the tag, in case the tag gets separated from the item during the sale.  We will ask for a copy of your inventory sheets to keep during the sale.

We ask you to pick up your unsold items and containers after the show ends.  If you are busy volunteering to break down the show or if you are working to distribute quilts for pickup, PLEASE assign a friend to pick up your leftover items, or we will be forced to put them outside the boutique studio around 5:00.
Be sure to label your containers with your name, and we will store them during the show.

Remember: Members will have exclusive shopping rights Friday morning from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.

Quilt Show Host Volunteers

Here are the most current signups for the Quilt Show Host Volunteers. Viki West will be at our meeting this month with the poster to allow for in-person signups. We have 41 vacant spaces to fill (21%). Thanks to all who have volunteered. Please  consider how you can best support our quilt show .
