We’re happy to announce the winners of the 2020 OCQG Challenge, “Votes for Women,” commemorating the passage of the Nineteenth Amendment.

Ninety-two guild members voted—a great turnout, by any standard! And all sixteen quilts were more than worthy of your votes! Each one was creative, thoughtful, and well-executed.
All the entries will be displayed at the Latimer Textile Center in Tillamook during January-February 2021, so mark your calendars accordingly. It will be wonderful to see all the entries hanging together, a treat we’ve been denied so far.
Participation pins are available for each entrant. Please call or email Velma Freudenthal or Jean Amundson to make arrangements for getting your pin. We’ll deliver or meet you somewhere! Meanwhile, hang on to your quilt until we gather them for the Latimer display.

For the safety of customers and employees you may NOT enter without a MASK. Social distancing rules: masks are required, no more than 6 people in the shop at one time. Please enter through the south door, with the north door reserved for exiting. If door is locked we are at capacity, so please wait for others to exit.
Due to COVID-19 we will continue our daily cleaning of door handles, door trim, bathroom, cutting surfaces, rotary cutters, rulers, etc. to keep everyone safe. We also have hand sanitizer available for customers to use while in our shop.
Wait until you see Swept Away fabric from Northcott. We have the panel, blue and brown Ombres, plus fantastic ocean prints. Check out our website thequilterscove.com to see all of them. We feel this collection will go quickly so check them out soon.

**Northcott patriotic Stars and Stripes are now in. These lovely fabrics will make a great quilt for your favorite veteran or to donate to a veteran.

We have a donation tote just inside the south door if you are making masks or other items for Community Quilts.
Due to many quilt shows being canceled Holly has been adding stock of great notions & pre-cut fabric to the shop. As always when you buy 10 precut fabrics get 2 Free! The staff has been working from home adding items to our website for customers to purchase. We also offer curbside pickup; just give us a call with your order.
Elastic is now available in white, black and colors in various widths. We have a huge amount of 1.4” flat in white in stock. Newly arrived are 1/6 inch elastics in black, white, green, purple, blue and red.
Stop by for a free pattern we designed for Quilters Trek (new version of Row by Row). Quilters Trek kits can be purchase in-shop or on-line.
