Meets usually on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 at the Carriage House in Newport.  Any person may attend.  Only members of the Board (officers and committee chairs) can vote.

Meets on the afternoon of the board meeting also at the Carriage House.  Anyone is welcome, but everyone with a responsibility for the show should attend.
