Holiday Potluck – Gentle Meal Reminders
Our Holiday Potluck is just around the corner! Remember to bring your own utensils, a placemat, a dish to share, and a labeled serving fork or spoon.
Please label your dish and include a card with the recipe (important to know if it includes nuts, etc.).
I will provide coffee, ice water, punch, cups, napkins, paper plates, and some plastic utensils in case someone needs them.
Have fun, but please do not borrow anything from the church kitchen!

It’s Membership Renewal Time!
It is time to renew your membership with the Oregon Coastal Quilters Guild. We have 186 members, yet only 60 have renewed for next year. Please renew soon, as your dues must be received to be included in the membership directory. We will be accepting dues at the December general meeting, payable via credit/debit card, checks or cash.
Dues are $25 for one year (starting Jan. 1, 2026), and if you would like to have your membership directory mailed to you, it is an additional $4. Dues should be received by December 31, 2025 so that production of the directory can get started.
Please download and fill out a Membership Application (even if you are already a member), and select any committee boxes that you are interested in participating in. We are a volunteer organization and rely on our members to help keep our guild able to provide activities for us. It’s also a great way to get to know more people in the guild. If you have no changes to your printed information since the last directory, just write in your name and write in large letters “No Change” and you don’t need to fill the top section out any further.
