Reminder to Fabric Bowl Participants

Please remember to bring your fabric bowl, finished or not, to the guild meeting on October 9th.  We want to share our work and make everyone jealous that they didn’t join us!  It was a fun project.

Upcoming Program and Workshop

October 9 Meeting Topic:  The Story of the Murder Quilt!

Peggy Gelbrich will present.   A small, rural town in Oregon was the setting of a murder in 1915.  Learn about the love triangle that led up to the murder and the quilt that was created.

October 10 Workshop:  Carpenter’s Square

Peggy Gelbrich will teach. Full-day workshop 9:00-4:00. $65.  Confident Beginner.

Simple, straight stitching will create this Carpenter’s Square quilt
(59” x 59”). Like most quilts, it’s really an easy puzzle that’s made
up of two different blocks and pieced sashing. If you have a
carpenter in your life this would make a great gift.  Sign up TODAY!
