Show days:  Remember to show up about 15 minutes early for your shifts.  Also remember that if you are working (judging, set-up, or at the show itself) OCQG may shop the boutique on Thursday morning from 8-9 before the show opens to the public.

Outtake will be inside the small gym rather than in the hallway as in previous years.

  • If you are “on the list” as helper for outtake, please wait in the hall. The list is full.
  • Quilts will be ready for pickup as soon as all quilts are taken down and accounted for; likely between 4:30-5.
    • ALL quilts must be picked up the day of the show.
    • If you personally are not able to pick up your quilt, please designate on your insurance waiver form WHO is authorized to pick up your items.

Help for the Guild Activities Table

Folks,

We are getting close to showtime! We really need at least one person for the Membership/Guild Activities spot for Friday, July 31, from 2:45-5:00 PM. It is an easy job to let people know how great guild membership can be. All the descriptions you need will be there. We just need your smiling face to complete the day!

Membership/Guild Activities (seated)  ● Explain our activities (examples will be on display).  ● Let folks know why we love being members.  ● Pass out membership applications if requested.

Thanks,
Pamela Potter and Debby Thompson
