ALL entries MUST have a 4″ hanging sleeve (with the exception of miniatures, household items, pillows, and garments).  Instructions for making the sleeve can be found on page 8 of the membership directory.

All entries must have a picture. For help with pictures please bring to Guild meeting for picture and show and share or talk to Quilt Show chairs.

Only guild members in good standing by June 15 are eligible to enter quilts in the show

Before you register a quilt, please read:
Policies and Category Descriptions
and decide on the category of your entry by using
the Decision Tree

Failure to register your entry in the correct category may disqualify your entry for judging or the award of a ribbon.

We want to display all of your best work, but …

Please do not register your quilt until AT LEAST you have completed and quilted the top AND/OR you are confident you can complete your entry entirely including hanging sleeve and paper label by intake day the week preceding the Quilt Show.  Once the layout is done soon after registration closes, it causes display complications and extra work for those responsible for the show if entries have to be withdrawn.  Thank you for your understanding.
